A little help, please?

I have a near set of 1947 (?) Engrav-o-tints Portraits of Movie Stars - 39 of 40. I'm trying to find out who I'm missing. Anybody know where I can find a checklist for this issue?

    Those are Peerless cards. Probably from the early to mid 1950's.

    I think this is the checklist you are looking for. Let us know who the missing card is. Im always curious to see if its a big star or just a nobody.

    Keith - the missing card is Ginger Rogers, probably one of the bigger stars in the set.

    Isnt that always the way???

    Ive utilized that Movie Card Website a million times and have bought a few cards from Troy as well. I havent found a better reference source for movie cards.

    BTW, it looks like he has a couple of Rogers cards for sale image. It could be very easy to complete your set.
