Has anyone heard of this issue? I picked up this cool pen and ink at Topps but have never heard of the set. I did a cursory search and came up blank. Will do some digging.

    There's the Nutty Awards in '64 and I found a listing for a Nutty Initials in '67, but no Nutty Tickets.
    Maybe a test issue that never got produced?

    The art has the feel of something you would see in Mad comic book IMO. The stuff is very interesting and done very nicely. I just like the crap out of this kind of stuff!
