Welcome Back MorrellMan

It's been kind of quiet here with the holidays and everything. Hope we get back to posting some interesting stuff with the new year.
I noticed that Steve aka Winpitcher has been holding up his end of the bargain as has Speeder e.g., but I haven't been as good.
It's show time!

MorrellMan has been on vacation - hopefully he'll have a few pics - welcome home Mark!

Welcome back Mark, what part of Italy did you go to? Med side or Adriatic? I was there 2 years ago and spent most of my time in the Campaghna <sp> region. Met the side of the family that never came to America. I am going back this fall but will visit the Adriatic side and all the cities of art. I have cousins on that side too on my moms side in Abbrutzas <sp> region. Rome was great too!
    Good for you.

    Hi Steve
I have been to Vincenza and Venice. The alps, local towns, scenery in general, food and everything - was a great experience - I was actually on my way to be stationed in Turkey. So if anyone has been there - please tell us where?

Just checked my PM notes and I know where Mark was on New Year's Eve but he didn't actually say how long he would be gone - he left on Thur before the 1st.

'ey, Ciao bella! Got in early this a.m.- arrived in Milan on 12/31, spent a couple of days in Venice, a couple in Florence, then down to Monaco, gambled in Monte Carlo (where I broke the house to the tune of $16 euros), hit the beach at Nice, then back to Milan where we caught the train to Zurich to visit my wife's best friend. Then it was back to Milan and home, via Amsterdam and Houston!

Came back to a pile of packages in my office, not the least of which was a very cool 1964 phantom WS ticket, compliments of Stone193 - Mike, thanks again!

    Happy New Year, y'all.

And you are welcome on the tick.

Hey Matt - welcome back. No skiing; neither of us do that, and I couldn't find any pick-up baseball games. This is the second time for us in Italy and we love it. This last was a "trip" - we came back needing a vacation!image

BTW - wanted to thank you publicly for that "Famous Knock-outs" card. I've got them in my favorite searches to see if I can add some more.

    Hi Matt
When I proposed to my wife, she got so excited, she fell out of the bed!
