when i went to school 397 minus 1 was 396 what gives?

i thought maybe those that have since naru'd were deducted but looking at other's feedback didn't happen to them.

    it is my feedback and i have always thought that it was off only by the 1 neg that i have

    Thats pretty strange.

    They must use the 390 number in the calc because 397/398 would round up to 99.8%.

    Once you have over a 1000 positives, the 1 negative rounds up from 99.9% to 100%
