Here's a neat trick that will guarantee that you will not get the OC qualifer next time:
Take the card and neatly crease it down the middle. That way you lower the grade to sub 4, where OC doesnt matter as much.
Glad that I could help you out here!
I am looking for Nolan Ryan cards, esp. OPC and rare oddball issues, graded or not. Also I need quite a few 1956 Topps, PSA 6 or higher
Current Sets in Progress: 1956 Topps Master Set PSA 6 or better 1978 Topps PSA 9 or 10 1981 Donruss Golf PSA 9 or 10 1989 Upper Deck PSA 9 or 10 Nolan Ryan Master Set Pete Rose Master Set
For the sake of argument - value notwithstanding - to qualify for a PSA 9, the centering has to be in the range of 60/40 - 65/35 or better; I think that the card is on the border of 65/35 - having said that, I agree, the card is probably not worth resubmitting. Ranger, I have a stack of those somewhere - if you are looking for one that is Nm-mt or better and has really good centering, LMK - I will take the time to find one for you. your friend Mike
