Jeter SP Foil RC Auto PSA/DNA or GAI???

I have a Jeter SP Foil RC that I had signed at a cardshow when I was 12 years old (1994), I have since lost the COA/Stub but am 100% sure its real.

PSA wants like 75$ to DNA certify his auto, would it be worth it if I wanted to sell the card? Would it bring at least 100-150$ PSA/DNA?

Or should I send it to GAI for 10-20$?

I have a scan available, I just dont know how to post one. If you would like a scan leave an email.

  • if its real send to psa
  • How much would it sell for PSA/DNA?? If it will only sell for 100$ its not worth it because it would be like selling it for 25$.

It is 100% real, I had it signed at a cardshow in Kalamazoo Mi in 94. I lost the stub though probably when I moved from my parents house.
  • it would be worth alot more if is authentic
  • Worth more than 100$??

It is authentic. It isnt a Company Certified Auto though, it would get PSA/DNA certified, i just dont know if it is worth 75$ just to have it authenticated.

I have been offered 60-100$ for this uncertified (I am offering 90-day $$ back guarantee).

I have not seen one signed on Ebay so I have no idea what it is worth or what it could be worth, plus I dont know much about baseball anymore. I used to collect baseball in the early 90s but then got into hockey cards in 95.

My email is Stang81@comcast.net if anyone would like to see a scan.

I thought PSA did cards for only twenty five dollars? I had my Payton done for only $25, and this summer I had Ali & DiMaggio done for 35 dollars each, it was more because they were oversized.

  • It would be great if thats all they charged. I think it goes by the athlete though unless PSA/DNA changed their prices.

They still have not responded to my email inquiring about the cost to certify the Jeter.

Does anyone have any idea what it would sell for PSA/DNA certified??
  • I just looked at PSA/DNA's site. It costs $25 to certify a Jeter Auto. Not including shipping/handling, I think.

  • Alright, they must have changed their price.

Do you need an account to send to PSA or will they give me an account # after I send my first card?

Do they have a membership fee or anything?

    Thanks alot for your help.
  • I was checking their site and I can get the sig certified for 25$. They say I need to open an account to have cards graded???

Is this true or can I just send 1 or 2 cards to be graded without paying 200$++ for membership??

    Thanks again.
