Part of the charm of owning a minty vintage card
is knowing it somehow survived the decades while remaining in top condition.

Not much charm in knowing a card was recently cut from a sheet,
then submitted to Beckett where their hack graders slapped a GEM MINT 9.5 on it.

if the card was distributed in packs ..then a sheet cut card amounts to a trimmed card

This auction was ended early, but the card did not sell.
Richmoonpeart is a legitimate bidder, but he was not the
person responsible for the listing ending early. Another
person made an offer that was agreed to by the seller, and then backed out.

There will be more Bobby Orr BVG 9.5 rookies down the road.

these people are crazy cutting up sheets. i would much rather have the whole uncut sheet than one of these sheet cut cards in a bvg or gai holder.

Some of these sheets had excessive damage along the edges and wouldn't look 'ideal' framed, but I agree with you, that I would rather have the full uncut sheet intact.
