wow... 2000(+/-) unopened cases of 70's & 80's Topps cards... wow.

Looks like they were kept in one place. Think of the Walter Paytons, Montanas, Elways... eek!

Edit: Not to mention the MJs, the Ryans, and anyone else image
  • see the thread in the Open Card Forum. a lot of people think his stuff is searched and his packs are resealed
  • Can you imagine the eBay fees....

    Erik
I'd challenge you to a battle of wits...... but you appear unarmed

    "Stop talking, negotiating,
Your feeble attempts at world peace
    Give me a %#@*ing break
    Need worldwide genocide, planetary suicide
And when the whole damn world is dead
    there's your %#@*ing peace"
  • yeah, this guy is running into a lot of questions from the guys in the other thread. I guess when you've got all that, you should expect the scrutiny.
just another shot in the dark, but....

He already has negs. on some of it.
  • i don't know why they gave him negatives when he specifically stated no pay pal. thats why ebay sucks ...............NO ONE KNOWS HOW TO READ!
  • all his auctions were pulled and his account was suspended
  • its because of the 3 negatives

Negatives do not give you a suspended account. It was a scam, wonder how many people already mailed those big money orders and checks to the PO Box in the desert?
  • we'll see if it was a scam??? you have no idea what happened!

Ebay not only sent bin cancelations, but they also advised bidders not to agree to any sale with the seller outside of ebay, they could not explain why due to privacy constraints. I have followed the auctions very closely and am well informed. He sent everyone the same response to any question. If you want to complete a $10,000 plus deal you need to make a little more effort than asking for a check to a post office box. The 3 negatives were not what ended the auctions, ebay ended it for a reason.

I don't take PayPal, since I'm not going to register with them. I know most people like it and seem
to not have problems, but all of a sudden, there are sure a lot of posts about PayPal taking there
money, holding it hostage untill some matter is resolved. If people can't accept my Money Order then
I guess I don't need what they are selling. I've had to pass on some auctions on eBay because they
state they only take PayPal as payment. They would have got a higher bid I think if they would take
payment by Money Order as well. And about those auctions, I was looking thru them a couple of
days ago, lots of nice stuff. I wonder what happened there too. I've seen those power sellers with
tons of negatives and they don't get there account pulled. This guy gets 3 in a row and then all his
auctions pulled. Sure sounds like a scam to me too. But you never know.
  • actually, you do get your account suspended when you receive a certain number of negatives. At least that is according to the email that I received from Ebay when I was complaining about a bad buyer that I had to deal with a few months back.

Some Power Sellers have many many negatives. I know that 3 or 4 is no where close to causing ebay to take any action.
