They don't necessarily downgrade a card for being diamond cut, but I'm pretty sure they measure centering from most off-centered point on a card. A card that is 55/45 at the top but 45/55 at the bottom could still be an 8 or maybe even a 9 - though not a very pretty one in my mind. But an otherwise mint card that goes from 70/30 to 60/40 would likely get an OC or a 7 - again, not because it was diamond cut but because it's too off centered at the 70/30 point. And I'm not sure of this, but I suppose cards with extremely pronounced diamond cuts could be all together rejected as miscut.
That's what i am afraid of the miscut... sending a lot in that has about 4 diamond cuts cards.. And i am putting Nq on my form..Just seeing how much it would drop grade

I doubt that any run-of-the-mill diamond cuts would be rejected as miscut. If your cards are just slightly slanted, I'm sure you'd be fine - at least in terms of having them slabbed. The grades themselves might not be so fine, depending on how off the cards are at their worst point. Do you have any scans, GangstaJayson?

It depends on how bad it is. I have sent in dozens and the only ones MC'd were 25+ % off at the highest part of a diamond cut corner. On a few others I believe they were knocked down one grade. I wish my scanner was working.I would post some pics for you to compare.
