Very important question about TRACERCODE!

I had a mini helmet autographed by Thurman Thomas at the Nationals this year in Cleveland. They gave out the temporary COA's there at the show, but how do you get the permanent ones? I figured they mailed them since they copied down my address, but its been three weeks since I got it signed. I don't know what to do next.

    tracercodes were given out so you could check the item on line somewhere.

    they have a website and are very helpful. I had a Peyton Manning jersey I took in to get framed and the framer removed the tags and the circle COA that left a round mark. I called Tracercode and they replaced the jersey. Incredible

    I emailed Tracercode and still havn't heard back yet. Kev, no still havn't gotten the cards yet. I don't know whats slowing them down.
