  Lebanon the country?? The top one looks like a Syrian 2nd-1st cent BC coin struck by a Selucid ruler, and the bottom one looks like a Phoenician bronze of the same period. Very interesting reverses though-- the Syrian one's reverse looks almost Byzantine! NICE finds!

  Lebanon it is....
  The is a lot of roman temples in lebanon actually 6 of them and they are a tourist destination now.
  I am not sure if they are romans since lebanon has been invaded by everybody (still till today )
  But I was wondering where I could send them to get them graded ??

  Bass, welcome to the forum!!! Nice finds you've got there, but I don't know who'd slab them. I'm not really in to ancients myself. However, others here would know, such as Aethelred and LordMarcovan.

  The top coin looks to be roman. Not a lot left to be better at attibuting it.
  My first thought was the lower coin is a Phoenician or a Phrygian coin.
  The turreted bust is usually a representation of the Greek goddess Kybele, mother of earth and the gods, titans and such.

  a few which had been altered after strike for use as a gear or the like.

  I can't say much on these. If the top coin is Roman, and I have my doubts on that, then it would probably be from the Roman Republic (BC dating era) rather than the Roman Empire (AD dating era). I do seem to recall seeing some Roman Republican silver denarii with scalloped edges like that.
  
  I agree with coachleonard that the reverse of it looks almost Byzantine, and I'd go with his assessment of it (them).
  
  I do not think these would be worth the expense and trouble of sending off to be graded. Besides, most collectors of ancient coins don't care much for encapsulated coins, if that is what you were talking about when you mentioned wanting to have them "graded".
