Las Vegas Card Stores

I am visiting Las Vegas for a week during the first week of August. Does anyone know of any card shops near the strip. In addition, are there any card shops in Vegas that have a good selection of pre-war cards. Thanks. David.

I know of 2- one is owned by Karlmalonesay on this board, and the other by Nickinvegas on the Net 54 board. I"m sure there are others as well.

You can find the numbers for two Vegas stores owned by board members from this thread. There used to be a store in the Stardust but I don't think it is there anymore. There is a Star's Memoribilia in Mandalay Bay, Gallery of Legends in the Aladdin, and Field of Dreams in Caesar's Palace but those are more memoribilia. Star's and Gallary have some nice stuff, albeit a bit pricey. The last time I was in Star's, they had a Babe Ruth GU Bat ($39,500.00). I was in Gallery over the weekend and saw an autographed Satchel Paige and Jackie Robinson ball. My heart skipped a few beats but alas, it was above my budget. Oh well! Have a nice trip. Matt (mrn98) at Dreamcards and Jason (Kallmalonesay) at Baseball Card Heaven will probably be your best bet. That's where I do the majority of my business.
