Lets say you have a psa 9 card with only 4 graded higher. 3 psa 9Q and one 10. With qualifiers being -2 point wise(I think)in the registry,could you say,only one graded higher?
IMO, yes because that OC card is certainly a 7 (+ or -) in value. Perhaps I'd point out the actual pops if I were selling though. Qualifiers are the kiss of death for the most part.
When you read the pop report, you see that it places a 9Q on its chart between 9 and 10, creating a mistaken illusion that a 9Q is higher than 9. It is, in fact, lower. IMHO, you are being absolutely truthful in describing your card as 1/1 with only 1 graded higher. There needs to be no "qualifier" to that description.
