Just wondering where & how to properly grade here while living in Canada.

    If you don't have a PSA membership (which I wouldn't buy) then you would have to submit through a dealer and this guy is the one to go through. You don't have to pay taxes when your cards get through the boarder but you will have to pay HST (which is BULL). Give them a call.

    I live in Toronto and send my cards to PSA in California. No big deal if you have a PSA membership.
    Package takes 3-4 business days to arrive there and takes the same to come back.

    I haven't had a problem yet.
