CoinManage is the best of the half dozen or so programs I've tried. By Liberty Street Software. http://www.libertystreet.com/ You can also export to Microsoft Access or Excel.

I would like to use Access... but you have to know how to use it for it to be effective... but you can probally get most of the features out of Access that you could with a program, but you'd have to work at/on it...
Coin Elite from Trove software is the only way to go. I've used it for over 10 years and it fits all of my needs. I did upgrade it once and got a good deal when I did. You can easily add pictures into the database and make custom reports with the information you want.
I was using coin elite, but now just use the my collection feature on the Heritage website. Works pretty godd for what I use it for which is basically an inventory.
