  Unfortunately there's no definitive catalog for medals, like Krause or Spinks, etc. for coins. I'd guess it's about a $15-20 medal, but that's a total guess.

  Albert Barre was quite prolific and Expo issues can be popular. Best I can tell from the pic, it looks to be XF -- pretty good for the age -- and probably lightly cleaned quite some time ago. I don't collect his work, which is a little earlier than my area, so I'm not really up on prices, but I'd say it'd go for $30 or so.
