No point of calling the police station. There's nothing they can do. It's just like walking into the mall, you could easilly walk out with something, then tell your friend, and he tell the PD on you, they have NO actual prrof what so ever. You can't prove that you haven't recieved, unless you sent confirmed. Other than that, nothing will happen. Sorry to say, but I work around law enforcement every day. Not trying to be mean, just stating the truth.

i have proof he received (in threads, PM's)...and i got a dozen people telling me he is a scammer...thats pretty good proof

you have to prove that you sent (certified mail or delivery confirmation), and probably will have to prove that he received, which in this case hasto be with certified mail (which requires the receiver to sign).
