just as bizarre is the seller have a 1 day auction. I've never seen an eBayseller use that option. It looks more like a hit and run...jay

As a former accountant, I can attest that this is a common error.
The 8 is right above the 5 on the right end of the keyboard.
It must just be an honest mistake.

Did you see the guy's one negative feedback?

Complaint : This guy doesn't know his PSA 8's from his a$$.

Actually it does not say that, but wouldn't it be funny if it had?

Maybe, but consider:

TITLE: 1958 BASEBALL CARD WHITEY FORD PSA 8
SUBTITLE: One Day Only!! New York Yankees, NMINT PSA 8

He's have to have made the same honest error twice, and typed "NMINT" instead of "Ex".

More likely though if it's a mixup, it's on the picture he used.

I do not think that its a casual mixup. The SMR on a PSA-8 is $225, yet a PSA-6 smrs for $40. So a $63.75 opening bid may have someone think they are getting a steal, when in reality the opening bid of this steal is over 50% higher then smr...jay

EX is PSA 5, EX-MT is PSA 6
