Did this happen to any of you guys who bought finest???

I just bought two boxes of finest topps 02-03.

after opening all the mini boxes I realized that I didn't get an rc redemption card.

I then checked the side panel on the mini box and it says that odds are 1:4(mini box) for getting an rc.
I then rechecked the auction and he promised me a rc in each whole box, which means 1:3

what is going on here???? shouldn't I complain????
please help me here. I need everyones opinion

yeah, topps confused me too. You look at the 1:4 odds and think, wow, 18 packs per box you should
get 4...but then if you look close it is 1:4 mini boxes! Pacific used to do this all the time...make the odds
slightly greater than a box.

What does this mean? It means topps owes you nothing!

I don't get your guys points. I bought a whole box and got 3 mini box. if the odds are 1:4 why can they then promise one rc redemption card for each box if each box is odds 1:4 and you only get 3??????????

I think the eBay seller misrepresented what he was selling and you should let him know about it. If he indeed said that you would get a RC and that the RC odds were 1:3 then he misquoted the odds (probably intentionally) and misrepresented the product- which is against eBay rules. You should let him know about it and give him a chance to rectify the situation, if he refuses to send soemthing extra or give you some money back then i would report him to eBay

Actually, from my understanding, the finest pre-sell sheet stated 1:3 odds. Then, when the product came out, topps changed it to 1:4. I don't know how topps could do that, but the seller was probably taking the odds from the pre-sell sheet.
