? about sending damaged cards to fleer

i went to my cardshop today and was looking to trade with a friend that works there but he wasnt there, and i they had some 97-98 skybox bkb for like $1 so i decided to get 2 hoping to get like a duncan rookie or something, to my suprise i got a Chauncy Billups ruby rc #d to 100 bv $50 but the problem is that its damaged in 2 corners and has a small creas, is there any way i can send it to fleer to get it replaced or cant i since its so old??

    Tried it.

    UD sends it back and gives you nothing.

    Fleer and Topps send you back the card but gives you a couple packs.

    Hope this helps at all.
