Both are great games...I sold my originals....man oh man is it ever sweet getting a chip in your PS2....$10-20Cdn for any game can't be beat....I should start spinning some off once I get a DVD burner....

Oh this is card related...I'm selling cards that will pay for the DVD burner....cards are great....

I got the chip installed professionally with 5 games of my choice for $200cdn which was well worth it. The 5 games I got were games I was interested in purchasing anyways and at $80cdn each.....that's $400 alone in games....I think it was well worth it.

Plus they have all the japan imports and I got Winning Eleven 6 (soccer game) which is the BEST sports game I've ever played period. It's as close to the real thing as you can get and even my friend who HATE soccer can't stop playing it. The English version isn't even close the the Japan version...too bad I don't understand what they are saying but man do they ever scream after a goal...

I've been thinking about purchasing this for a few months now, the only thing I'd be worried about is the installation. They have a guide, so I wouldn't be blindly going into it, but I've yet to find anybody who's actually tried it, to see if it works.

Better be damn good at soldering as the chips you solder to are VERY SMALL PINS.

Don't have this be your first soldering experience if you try it.

can you solder? soldering is required and the PS2 chips are very hard to put in.

If you're interested in Mod Chips...Do NOT mess with them your self if you have moderate-none soldering experience...Send your system to a profesional, they'll give you a great chip installed for a decent price (I recomend Messiah 2 rather than Magic 3, but hey thats me). Also don't mess with CD-R, screws up your laser (I know from experience)...anyway if any of you would like more information (ie: websites, or emails of people that will hook you up) I have plenty of contacts, feel free to PM me as I don't want to put this information out in the open.
