The Spurs like to win their series in 6. Just ask the Suns/Lakers. lol. They needed to finish the Mavs off when they had the chance. The Spurs cant afford to go to a game 7. The Mavs proved they can finish in a game 7.

I think the Spurs will come through and win in Game 6 - and even if the Mavs go to the Finals - no way in hell they'd beat the Nets since they can't play defense.

Not really, all they did is put three guys around duncan, and dare the rest of the team to shoot jumpers. Bowen, Ginobili, Parker, Jackson, and all the outside shooters that played for the Spurs shot pretty bad from the outside.

Also, I am not a Spurs fan, not a Mavs fan, and not a Nets fan. Just glad the Lakers arent there!

I think if Dirk plays its more of an advantage to the Spurs. This little line up that the Mavs are playing is killing the Spurs.

Dirk is too soft inside. Najera isnt afraid to give a hard foul and play tough inside.

All I said was that I am happy the Lakers are not there and I dont care who wins, as long as it isnt the Lakers. That is why I dont care if the Spurs, Mavs or Nets win the title.

I just dont understand why all Laker fans say stuff about McGrady.

I am talking about a whole team, the Lakers. I am not talking about a single player. But always, when I mention the Lakers, Lakers fans always say crap about McGrady. I dont get it.

I've said it before, McGrady is an airhead, he has the biggest ego in the league and hasn't proven ANYTHING in his career. At least Iverson took his team to the Finals 2 years ago, and KG well.. KG's just good, definately better than McGrady..

Lets compare....

McGrady has no help. He has Andrew DeClerq, Shawn Kemp, Steven Hunter and Pat Burke playing center.

Iverson, the year the 76ers went to the finals, had Mutumbo, McKie, and Snow.

The reason why the Magic do not go anywhere is because they do not play defense. Thats why the 76ers will always be in contention.

Name one team that has won a title that was better on offense than on defense?

I don't care about that, I just can't stand T-Mac, I don't like Iverson either but at least he has shown that he can take his team somewhere (like McKie & Mutombo are such great players..)
McGrady has Gooden & Giricek, McGrady was up 3-1 and STILL lost.. that's just weak, whether you have a good team or not

(especially if you're as good as McGrady says he is LOL)

Actually I can name 2. The Celtics and Lakers of the 80's. Both teams were better on offense than defense. Almost every game was like 110-105. Not much defense there.

The Spurs outside shooters need to grow some cajones and step up in the 4th Quarter. If they can do that I think the Spurs will take it. If not it will be a longgggggggggggggggg summer for the Spurs.
