AlanB is a bad trader !

We agreed on a trade about a month ago.

AlanB could not come up with any references for me of people that would vouch for him being a good trader. He gave me a big list of references but no one had anything good to say. So I asked that he send first. I held off on another trade which included a BGS Soriano Traded Chrome rookie because he said he wanted the cards and he would send first.

Well, I never recieved the cards and I have sent him 2 PM's which he has apparently read because he has logged in.

After not recieving the cards after two weeks and no response to a PM......All I asked was if he did not plan on trading then at least tell me because I turned someone else down on a trade. HE NEVER EVEN RESPONDED BACK

FOR THE RECORD.....HE DID NOT RIP ME OFF AND STEAL CARDS (BUT THAT IS WHY I MADE HIM SEND FIRST )BUT HE DID NOT SEND WHAT HE WAS SUPPOSED TO ON THE AGREED UPON TRADE AND WILL NOT RESPOND TO MY PM'S. To me that is a bad trader!!!

i've dealt with him before, he sent and the package came in 3 weeks. i checked the post mark and it was sent 3 weeks ago. the mail was slow. i heard that from other people as well. he always sends on time, but the mail is just slow when it is sent from his place.

give him exactly 3 weeks from the day you guys made a deal.

hope everything works out.

I don't think he's more upset about not recieving the package, than he is the lack of communication. Don't give him any time, assume the deal's dead, and try and move the Soriano if you can. If he package does show up, a return to sender never hurt anybody.

ThisIsSportsCentre is right...all i asked for is a simple yes or no if he did ever send the cards to complete the trade....he never got back to me and reads my PM'S. It was an agreed upon trade that was never finished and now he won't communicate with me.

If he had said no I decided not to trade that would be fine, at least I would know and consider the trade dead and move on.....but I turned down someone else on a trade because he asked me specifically to save the card and he would sent first.

That is just plain rude and in my book he is a bad trader

Hey,

I had a bad experience with AlanB also.....it took almost 6 weeks to receive and no he couldn't blame the PO because the package was postmarked from a few days before. I basically had to hound him to send it out. I would recommend avoiding trading with him.......

I had a feeling something was up with him...that's why I make people send first unless they are very well established with no negatives feedbacks.......even then the people that post the most are still a risk......

just a topper.....because he reads my e-mails and does not respond....STAY AWAY !!!!!!!!!!!!
