Question about the term "FS" when talking Jeff's?

When we talk Jefferson's, I see the term "FS" what does that mean, and how does a Jeff get taged with it?

    Full steps. Uninterrupted lines. But any further expanation will have to come from a more involved Jeff hobbyist.

    It refers to the number of steps on Monticello. PCGS only requires five steps to be labeled as FS, whereas another grading company requires six steps to get the FS designation. There are some threads on another board about this topic.

    If you do a search on full steps, there was a post on how to tell if a Jeff is FS or not. It had very good information!
    It is not exactly cheating, I prefer to consider it creative problem solving!!!
