I live in TX, he lives in VA, it wont do any good, his number is unlisted anyways...

I could easily let it go had it been a $20 GU or Auto...but $300....that is steep...

i know how filing for mail fraud wont do anything, because the post master just hands it over to the police, so if they didn't do anything, calling them wouldn't help either, unless you had a lot of evidence, like i did...

i had about 10 emails and ebay print outs of when this guy sold my stuff on ebay, the cops came over, he filled out a police report, and that day he called ebay and had them shut down his account and they arrested him..over a year later (took for ever but thats the justice system) I am $775 richer!

actually here is a good idea you should try out, my brother used this on a yahoo card he bought, paid, and never received.

Type a letter about everything going on and what he owes you and put it in a envelope, put his address on the front and on the side put "Mail Fraud case", and if hes a kid, his parence might see that before he does and open it then hes screwed, or his wife might see it and get PO at him..its worth a try..

Not sure who this Seth guy thinks he is, but this post involves sports cards, so it's in the right spot. It's real easy to not click on posts if they don't involve you. Try that rather than trying to boss people around when you have no authority to tell anyone what to do. Battier ripped off a very nice person and deserves to be exposed as a theif so no one else is robbed blind
