LordM Giveaway #157 (US 19th C. Type coins- pick one)
Contest status: OPEN
Drawing: pending; on or after 1 December 2026
Winner: pending
Shipping status: pending
Winner's receipt: pending

Hello, everyone, and welcome to my latest giveaway. The prizes are somewhat modest this time, but there are three to choose from, and they're fun old coins.
To enter: simply post which one of the coins below you would like to have if you win the drawing. One entry per member.
Since there is a parallel giveaway running on CoinTalk (which you're welcome to enter if you have a membership there), I suggest that you pick first and second choices, just in case one of these gets won by someone in the CT giveaway. (That is unlikely, however, particularly as I intend to do this drawing first.)
Winner will be selected by random number generator on or after the date mentioned at the top of this post, and depending on my schedule. You may consider the contest open for entries until such time as I come back and post the final result of the drawing.
Free worldwide shipping. If you do win, I only ask that you post here after you have received your prize, so we'll all know you got it (helps me keep track).
Numismatic Regards,
~Robertson ("Rob") Shinnick ("LordM")

Hey! Nice to see everyone here. I celebrated my 6th year here!
I'm in on this one for the 1853 Large Cent. Thanks for the contest LordM.
Oh! I forgot to add the "spokescritter"!

This giveaway is brought to you by Daisy, seen here with a small watermelon from my father-in-law's garden in the backyard.
Lucy had a go at it, too.
I really wish the pa-in-law would stop giving melons to the dogs. They like 'em, but the rotten remnants end up out there in the front yard. Ugh. And once I slipped on a rotten canteloupe rind on the front doormat. (Barefoot- in the dark.) I asked my wife to ask her Dad to please stop doing that, but you see how far that particular missive got.

I’d like a shot at the large cent please. Thank you
I'd like to toss my hat in the ring for this one.

Alternate option:
Coin 1: 1853 large cent
Thank you, Rob and Daisy!
I am interested in Coin 2: 1868 2-cent piece.
This interest is brought to you in memory of MY Girls:
Ah, excellent. All three options have now gotten some love. Maybe I balanced the selections right.

I'd like to try for the 2 cent piece please!
