Registry Set Newbie - Contacting Registry Set Owners

I have a question regarding how PCGS grades a particular type of coin (French 20-franc gold Coq coins minted between 1907-1914). On the PCGS registry website, I see someone who has a registry set for this type of coin and likely will know the answer to my question. Just wondering, is there a way to contact a registry set owner?
