What is "Rare" about this coin?
It is the Sacagawea "cheerios" prototype reverse, one of only 5,500 that were made and put into a box of cheerios for circulation
The photos are blurry, but this looks like the standard variety to me. Try posting some clearer pics of the tailfeathers

The coin is worth one dollar unless you can clearly show diagnostics, without any doubt, which make it worth more. As your post stands right now, you might expect to get lots of snarky replies.

It would be much easier, and remove all doubt as to authenticity or condition, to have it certified by PCGS or NGC prior to selling.
I do not see a Cheerios reverse here. If you think this coin is legitimate, it needs to be graded and placed in a reputable holder.
This is where you go back to the person who verified it and see if they'll offer you more than $1.
