I've made them aware of it not being authentic with an image of an authentic one and they refused to pull it.

Yep, made from a date post-1885….
did you contact hibid or bauer?

The date style is wrong
The final headdress feather is between the wrong letters, “C” and “A.”
The “N” in “ONE” is not weak as it should be.
Other than that, it’s the perfect copy.

There's usually a reason why a coin that should be certified is not.
In addition to what’s already been mentioned, all except a single known example have a clash mark over the “O” in ONE. If this coin was the real deal, it would be the second one. It’s not!
