How is the Set Rating figured?

How do "GPA Weighted" and "GPA with Top Pop Bonuses" figure into the Set Rating? I know there's and explanation but I can't seem to locate it.

In the PCGS Set Registry, the GPA (Grade Point Average) is the numerical average of the coin grades in your set.
The GPA with Top Pop Bonuses takes this a step further by factoring in extra bonus points for owning the finest-known (or tied for finest-known) coins for a specific date and mintmark.

How the Bonus Points Work - PCGS rewards scarcity in your Registry set by assigning extra points based on the current PCGS Population Report:
Tie for Finest Known: +1 point is awarded to coins that share the highest grade assigned by PCGS, with no other examples graded higher.
Single Finest Known ("Pop 1"): +2 points are awarded to a coin that is the single highest graded example in the population, with no others tied or graded higher.
Tougher coins can also get a "Weight" multiplier. So MS65 with weight of 3 would be 195 points whereas an MS65 coin with weight of 1 would only be worth 65 points.

GPA vs. Set Rating vs. Top Pop:

    • Weighted GPA: The grade of each coin multiplied by its assigned rarity weight, then divided by the total number of items.
    • GPA with Top Pop Bonuses: Your Weighted GPA plus the added "Top Pop" bonus points.
    • Set Rating: The total rating of your set, which generally equals your GPA with Top Pop bonuses only if the set is 100% complete. If a set is incomplete, your Set Rating will reflect the lack of coins and be lower.
