Complete Morgan vam set, Missing vams?

I noticed on the complete Morgan vam set, it says it includes all vams PCGS recognizes. Yet I see coins they recognize that are not on the list. How often do they upgrade list or recognize vams? Just a couple I saw. They recognize 1878 rev 78 vam111 and 114, yet not on the registry list.
