PSA please do the collector a favor. Nat, please read

I am a long-time collector that spends $30-90,000 a year on your service. When I pay $98 for return shipping for $18,000 worth of cards after waiting for five months to get them back. I would truly appreciate you valuing your customers by boxing up my valuable cards wrapped in bubble wrap like the old days. Putting my cards in a white bag and mailing it overnight is not acceptable. When I send 50 cards to you, I don't want the mini boxes that holds 19 cards taped together like a torpedo. I want the long box put in a bigger box, wrapped in peanuts. I just received an invoice back this week and because of your lack of concern with shipping, one of my cards has a cracked case. So, now I get to send it back for you to reholder the card and wait another four months? Just pretend to care is all I ask of you.

Disgusted and dumbfounded,

Shane Leonard

Yep! And if they don't care about someone who throws 50k or so of business their way per annum, just think of the utter contempt they hold for the rest of us

They damaged one of my cards recently. Pinched it in the holder. I didn't bother complaining.

My subs are taking 6 months from the time I send them out till they get back to me.

I haven't subbed at the new value price.

Even though I didn't have a whole lot of respect for Joe Orlando, I did respect the fact that from time to time he would hop on these boards to reply to some concerns. As the company grew, there were still particular customer service reps who were allowed to reply. We didn't always like the answer but at least we could feel like they heard us and maybe even cared, just a little bit.

Joe Orlando was the best PSA had! They should have never let him go!

Joe’s best attribute was being able to see the future.

That's incredible Shane - have ya got a pic of the packaging?

I think Target may do a better job sending me soap.

I hear ya. It seems many of my cards mysteriously are found with dings or other damage and get poor grading. I think they have Apes handling the cards.
