Silver Certificate Error?

I have a silver certificate that I'm planning to send to PCGS for grading. The bill has a clearly visible cut mark on the top. Should I send this in as an error or just regular grading?

Just slightly miscut. Not really considered a cutting error unless
it is off far enough that part of the next banknote is showing.

That line is an alignment mark. They are normal for early small size notes, especially notes from the C, D, I, and J plate positions. Not an error nor a miscut.
