What does it take to get a coin composite added?

It's been over a month as I requested to add 2 PCGS coin #'s to existing slots in the World Coins Manufactured by Mints of the United States Type Set
Slot: Philippines - 1969 Piso (KM-201)
- All coins matching composite are PL63-68. No MS coins loaded. I'm trying to add a MS65 coin: 53945613
Slot: Panama - 1973-1983 Clad 50 Centesimos (KM-12b)
- Cameo coins are not loaded. DCAM's are but not CAM's. I'm trying to add a 1974 PR68CA coin: 53945619
I've requested this through the set page, sent an e-mail as well as left a voicemail since no one picks up the Set Registry customer service phone...

My last 'normal' bog-standard new year's issue Australia coin took just over 5 weeks for them to add it -- just cleared last week -- and there was absolutely nothing obscure or esoteric about it. If it's something they've actually got to pick up a few books and do research over, I wouldn't be surprised for it to take a lot longer.
That's the thing! The coins are a dead match with nothing complicated.
Re-reading - guess I glazed over the CAM/DCAM differentiation -- yeah, that should be pretty cut-n-dried, I'd think. (I'd had it in my mind that you were adding something 'new' that might need to be verified/proven where it was minted, etc... some research needed there, but this? This should be simple) -- Still... my last one was 5 weeks - it's clear that they're not paying much, if any, attention to the Set Registry these days, they pretty much started writing the whole thing off 5 years ago. I'm pretty sure PCGS is just hoping if they ignore us long enough, we'll just all go away :-/
It's sad since I've been sending dozens of raw coins in for this set to be in the PCGS registry.
Yeah, same here :-( -- They used to care :-/
I have had one pending for about 5 weeks now and based on @oldsmagnet it will hopefully happen soon.

That reminds me to make my 3rd for request for 2024 cents to be added to this set.....Just saying....

@WaterSport, 2025 can be requested at the same time...
Apparently they don't even want to claim their sites anymore. -- With every set link bringing up an "Oops! Errors Happen" page, I guess I can't blame 'em, I wouldn't want to claim it either!
My Oct 31 slot request was approved today, Dec 11. My Nov 9 request is still pending. Somebody's still showing up to work there from time to time, but it's quite obvious they're bringing absolutely no enthusiasm with them.
@oldsmagnet I'm sure you're not too far off... I get the feeling that there's one person that is tasked with a bunch of Registry tasks and research to add composites is on the bottom of the daily duties list and that individual doesn't get to the bottom of the list too frequently...
This sucks but at least we know there's someone still steering the dingy...
For whatever it's worth, the Nov 9 request cleared last night too. On top of the awards banners being posted, I ~might~ just have to start on my next submission now. Won't get too far ahead of myself, they're going to have to do a LOT more to get my platinum membership back, but the silver might just survive another year.
@oldsmagnet Explain this one to me! Your request from 11/9 was approved on 12/12 yet my requests from 10/9 were only approved on 12/15!

@Samets Your coin and mine took about the same time. Maybe our coins required a little more research, but two months still seems nuts to me. Back in the day, these things used to take a week or less for coins to be added.

Sadly no, both of ones on this request were dead simple;
I'm glad to know that my other 9 requests should be done by January 2026.
Naturally, I cannot -- the first one of mine seemed to be falling in the same average timeframe - the second one surprised me as well - Since there's zero transparency from the Registry, I honestly have no idea how much research may go into adding each coin, with regards to anything making it more complex than the Average Joe would assume. Is there any rhyme or reason to how they're prioritized? I have absolutely no clue. This specific example clearly proves it's not a strictly first-come-first-served type of thing. Sadly, I doubt we'll ever get any real answers there :-/
Christmas miracle! All of my missing composites have been added!
