The surface is just look too clean. It weighs 17+ grams.

It looks okay to me, but these types are commonly faked, so hopefully a better expert in this area of greek coinage can assist.
Thanks for the comment after I posted this question I sent a better picture to an ancient expert acquaintance of mine. He said it was real, but it’s in poor condition
Condition doesn't look that bad to me.

Poor condition? Doesn't sound like much of an expert to me.
There are seven pages of fake Syracuse tetradrachms in the FORVM fakes database, but none of them have this particular variant of the obvere hairstyle.
I'd say both the authenticity and the grade of the coin seems reasonable.
