WTB 1914 Indian Quarter Eagle - Must be in OGH w/CAC

Last coin I need for my set is a:
- 1914 Indian quarter eagle,
- from Philadelphia mint (redundant, I know)
- in a PCGS old green holder (not rattler),
- with CAC certification.
