wheat penny id

found this in a bag of 1943 an 1944 wheat pennys i got at auction
its a 1944 and it is larger then a regular one so is this rare or mis print
or what i cant find any thing on it so t thought the experts could tell me
something about it thanks oh im sorry about listing on some ones else post
im new to this fourm and trying to find my way around so void the first post.

Can you supply the weight to two decimal points.
It may be a Texas Cent but whatever the cause, it can’t be an error.
Also coins are not printed, they are struck or minted. Banknotes are printed.
i dont have a scale to weigh it another thing it is thiner then a regular penny
It is thinner than a regular penny.
Then that believes me to think that it is a Texas Cent even though it is copper instead of
a zincoins which most of them are. This was done after the cent left the mint and is considered
damage, not an error and adds no value. Keep as a novelty coin if you like.
