How will these (3) concurrent forces impact Silver spot?
Will US investment in foreign silver issues dry up? (new possible Silver import tariff, China Pandas?)

shouldn't affect near term demand or supply. It's simply recognition that silver is important to our national defense hardware and we better start preparing now for when there comes a shortage.

no shortage, check ebay. Dwindling supply is of national defense concern since it is used in so many defense applications.
