No one will help you without a clear photo of both sides of the coin.
Condition will be paramount in evaluating your coin.

  • Here are some photos to assist specifics.

    Thank you,
    Keith

  • Oh… and I’m looking for an estimated value or info on this coin! Haha

I inherited this from my step father who recently passed

Looking up the value on a Canadian Forum, in that condition
it is probably worth about $90.00 CDN. There is not much of
a premium for the small cud. Don’t forget that there are others
    out there the same cud.

  • Thank you for the information! Yes, from what I’ve seen sales range from $90-$275 but the cud was my hopeful value gain.

    Thanks again!

    Welcome to the forum.

Nice token. It was issued for use on Prince Edward Island. The catalogue references for it are: Br997 (Breton), Lees-24, PE10-24 (Charlton), and SCC-24 (Ingram & Marelic). Rarity is R9 on a scale of 1 to 10. R9 is Extremely rare - "found with extreme difficulty - lucky to acquire one in a lifetime" per Ingram.

The token is in EF (extra fine) condition but details. The nicks and dings on the surfaces detract from the value. The cud is normal for this variety. Current value is between $125 and $200 Canadian or $90 to $140 USD.
