I don't see it happening. The last two vending boxes I purchased from 81 and 82 both had over 75% of the cards way off center and basically worthless. I got a lot of hall of famers but nothing that would have received over a PSA 7.

I swore that would be the last time I opened a vintage unopened box.

Nice assortment of Bears and Cubs!

For something new to mix in with fantastic vintage...since I still enjoy the art-type cards, picked up some Andy Friedman '25 Shoebox Treasure boxes. Not for everyone, but I do like his watercolor retakes on these.

Got very lucky on that gold foil 1/1, woody Yount, and the 2 SSP GPks as well. Lots of other nice things, but these probably the highlights.

Now back to the classics! :)

Mike , if you haven't already , you ought to start a Thread showcasing all the different Baseball games you have or have owned . I remember seeing a bunch awhile back . I'd love to see them again.-- Sonny

    Thanx Monte and Sonny.

Sonny. I did have a thread on coin ops - I forgot I had that until you mentioned about my games - I don't think I ever put together a thread on my BB games? I have around 200 of them for sure. I believe I'm the only game collector on the board?

    Thanx again.

    Mike,

Congrats on landing that rare pinball game. Looks to be in great shape which is amazing for something that size closing in on 100 years old. Does it still work? If so, how many hours have you already spent playing? 😀

    Hiya Chris
    Thanx buddy.
I need to unscrew the top and relocate the balls - they're stuck - my take is the game was somewhere turned upside down.

I just received my grades on some oddball items. The 1977 Cup Lid is the highest graded for any graded lids thus far.

I didn't realize they graded the lids, very cool.

I just became aware a few months ago when I noticed that a Rod Carew and Steve Garvey had been graded from this set. I had to get my Bench graded.

Picked up a '52 Bowman Larry Doby to finish a Cleveland Indians set. Most are in the VG/EX range. I'll keep it ungraded, in Pro-Molds.

Received this Bobby today. Probably my favorite card of his. The 71 design coupled with how young he looks…….. and he just won the platinum glove in the AL for 2025.
He’s a young man who works hard to improve his game.

Wow mintonly on the '75 Ryan. I assume it's going to MBA for diamond/gold consideration.
