Beginner Grading/Value question

So, I've determined that 95% of the "collection" I inherited is just worth it's value in silver. You guys have all been patient and kind in answering my beginner's questions - Thanks.
I have a couple more regarding the few coins I have that might have "some" numismatic value. I'm curious about these two coins (pictured together, just to save space). Input from a couple of you leads me to believe that they are "average." In each case, G-VG and maybe worth $80 - $200. I'm also lead to believe that they are not worth having professionally graded.
I can accept that (and I'm nopt trying to "argue" with anyone. I'm just trying to understand how those determinations are arrived at with just a few photos? When I compare them to (for example) the Isabella at this link: https://www.greysheet.com/marketplace/viewitem/1893-isabella-25c-pcgs-ms65-PCGS-65/APR4975254
it seems to me mine could be as good or better - how do we "know?"

Your Isabella has noticeable wear on all of the high points (indicating it circulated) and many hairlines in the field (indicating it has been cleaned).
Based only on those pictures, I would estimate its grade at AU Details - Cleaned (although it could be XF Details, I don't have any experience grading circulated commemoratives).
If selling, you should probably expect somewhere in the $150-200 range.

Thank you. That's what I was understanding about it's value from others.
I don't grade anything unless its worth more than $400.
