Mystery Jubilee

Hello!

I have what looks like a Great Britain 3 Pence 1887 Silver Coin. However, upon closer examination, I see the inscriptions do not match. I see "Diamond Jubilee" on the obverse as well as dates on both the obverse and reverse. I'm unable to find a match online. Does this look familiar to anyone?

Given it's condition, it may not be the most valuable coin in the world. But the mystery persists. :)

Thanks,
Jim

Size? I assume it's actually smaller than a standard threepence? My first guess would be a Lauer play money coin (I think I can read "LAU..." to the right of the queen's crown, which is pushing me in that direction). Diamond jubilee commemorative toy coins get a mention (but no picture) on this Numista page: https://en.numista.com/41158

@sapyx Great Clue!! I think you have solved the mystery. I did not recognize the inscriptions to the right of the queen. But it very well could be type 26...

    C—Diamond Jubilee Lauer Nürnberg 18/bust/97
    3 Pence Obverse:C/Rev III 13.0 mm FeP 18/87

And yes, it is much smaller than the standard 3 pence...

    Thanks!
