Nothing special that I can see.
Certainly not a collectable number.
I was thinking that it only had 3 numbers, 0,8 and 3, making it a trinary note.
The SN is somewhat of an illusion, deceptively appearing to be some sort of a radar bill, pairs or quads at first glance, unique SN however.
Cool chat item nothing more but still likeable
