Question on submission.

I have not submitted for quite some time. I have a sub in now and I am seeing this;

Has anyone had PSA sell their cards for them on ebay?
How does that work? Do you get to decide on details?
Thanks in advance.
Joe

    Thanks.
In your opinion, would a very popular player's exposure be hurt by the listing issues you bring up?

For example, I have several Griffey Jr's in grading right now. I was thinking of listing them with a BIN with offer.
If they sold, I'm assuming PSA does the shipping. What are the charges?

I always figured it cost me about 20% to sell on ebay after fees and shipping.
Thought this option might save me some time and maybe even money.

If card doesn't sell, what happens?

Another option is seeing if it is a card that they provide an offer on. Hard to say if that offer will be close enough to what you could get for it listing it on eBay (factoring in fees, convenience, etc.) Also hard to know if you will receive an offer.

My last sub I felt some of the offers were worth accepting. I received offers when I chose "ship back to me". I would have to defer to others here from the angle of whether the offers still come if you choose sell on eBay or vault. With my orders they have seemed to give you at least 48 hours to decide if you want to accept.

I'm curious to see what happens. Griffey cards seem to be going up in price lately, so I'm not going to take much of a discount just to avoid selling on ebay.

It would be nice to get any offers before having to decide to sell on ebay or ship back to me.

Being an ex "sales guy" I might want more control over my cards. Especially if the listing are poorly written.

    Example time ...

Here is the PSA Vault description of my card ...

Here is the PSA Slab label of the card ...

Here is the eBay title that the vault created when I posted the card for sale on eBay ...

THAT IS IT ... "2024 EPINEL PSA 10". YEAH, GREAT CHANCE OF A BUYER FINDING THAT IN A SEARCH!

Not how I would have worded it!

    Brutal.
