Is this something PSA grades?

    That is not a major manuf card. Check to see if there is a Clemens master set. He is so popular if they do grade it someone will have it on the set. I'm guessing it is a 1985 issue.

    no, i dont believe psa would grade that one. not a major manufacturer. it also is not from his minor league era either. it is an unlicenced card from the early 90s. i would guess around 1992. i have a few in my collection as well

    George Brett, Roger Clemens and Tommy Brady.

    It is from 1991 I believe. I could not find it in the PSA pop report.

    no, it's an un-licensed, Broder type card (that were prevalent back in the day).
