If true, I'm sincerely sorry about you and your wife's medical issues. I hope things are better now. But I do have a couple of questions. Why have you been ignoring so many people (including myself) if you need money so bad? Why did you have your DM blocked for so long? It made it difficult to impossible to get hold of you personally.
This comment in you post doesn't make anyone feel secure in purchasing from you.

Do you purchase coins without being able to view in hand with no return policy? I don't and I believe that the biggest majority of collectors don't. Also, in my opinion, you are responsible for the coin being delivered to the customer. You can add tracking and insurance to the package. If the package doesn't make it to the customer, you should refund the customer and YOU deal with the post office.
If you really need the money, I suggest that you make the purchase more inviting to any potential customer.
Yeah I found out the hard way that someone can generate a tracking number and provide it to you then never really send anything but claim 'It was dropped it off at the Post Office' and wash their hands of it. Not saying this would happen in this case but as MWALLACE points out the shipping / refund policy could be adjusted a bit, especially since dealing with fellow board members.
On another note I hope the medical issues get sorted out and you all are on a better path with that.
