What do I do? Label came off PCGS currency holder

Any idea on what I can do with this note? Coin guy here but I’d imagine gluing it back on wouldn’t be well received? Thanks for any input.

Try calling PCGS. See if they'll issue a new one.
This is fairly common with these older PCGS Currency holders. I always glue them back down carefully near the edges. PCGS will only reholder this with grading fees for a new PCGS Banknote slab.
Thank you! Is there any special kind of glue? Like E6000?
I just use very thin strips of superglue applied about 1/2” or so from the edges.
Does it lower the value of the note when this happens?
For me it’s a case by case basis when buying. Sellers will disclose loose or re-glued labels sometimes and I think it probably does factor into some pricing.
For many years, PCGS licensed its name to PCGS Currency (a separate company not owned by PCGS).
When the PCGS licensing agreement ended, PCGS started its own grading service (PCGS Banknote).
The person who previously ran PCGS Currency then started Legacy Currency Grading.
You could submit that note to PCGS as a crossover, but its not a warranty service to them because they didnt grade it. The 'correct' way to resolve it would be to resubmit it to Legacy grading. If you review the Legacy grading site, you will find this note:
"The LCG Guarantee also covers all notes graded and authenticated by K3B, Inc. under the brand name PCGS Currency under license from Collectors Universe, Inc., from February 4, 2009, to January 30, 2019."
Having said that, i would suggest that anyone thinking of sending anything to Legacy Grading should spend some time googling the company name and lawsuits against their owner first.
