The 2015 $100 Platinum American Eagle is a Proof ONLY issue with an official mintage of just 3,881. Offered for sale is an NGC PF69 UCAM example. Quite frankly, I can't find anything that keeps it from a 70. The contrast looks perfect, no spots or milky tone and no contact marks that I can find.
