I've had a few examples over the years but none that would straight grade. Just received this coin from overseas and while it's dipped, it also lacks any significant hairlines so I think it might be the one to finally make it into a holder.
Nice clear example with traces of both T and H to the left of H and J, including a repositioned dot between initials. Dusted off my macro lens for this one.

You must have one of the best collections of Mexico 8 reales of this era....congrats on the find!!! Hopefully you send images of new varieties you find to Brad Yonaka so he can add them to his repertoire (possible 2nd edition book).

Thanks John! I'm guessing it's a 55-58 range. Decent luster and no indication of hairlines from mechanical cleaning. Plata agria and small planchet flaw on the reverse shouldn't impact the overall grade much. I'll post a reel on my instagram to show how it presents in-hand.
