Try bringing in donuts once in a while or buying a round of drinks for forum members after work. 🤨
Or, you can get points by generating Agrees, Likes, and to a lesser extent, LOLs. I don't know the number of total points needed for each level but when you reach it you'll know.
I believe you need 1000 points to get 5 stars.
